GetMySam Terms of Use

1. Agreement To These Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, signing in, or using GetMySam, you agree to these Terms and the GetMySam Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

GetMySam is a personal AI assistant service designed to help with everyday planning, writing, reminders, organization, and follow-through. Features may change as the product improves.

3. Accounts And Eligibility

You are responsible for the information you provide, the security of your account access, and activity under your account. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to violate laws or the rights of others.

4. App Store Subscriptions

The GetMySam iPhone app offers an auto-renewable subscription called Sam Monthly. The subscription length is one month. The price shown in the app purchase flow is provided by Apple for your storefront and may vary by region.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

5. Other Purchases

Some GetMySam plans or offers may be purchased outside the App Store where allowed. Any paid content or subscription access is separate from free website information and requires an active purchase or valid account status.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GetMySam for harmful, abusive, fraudulent, illegal, or rights-infringing activity. You are responsible for reviewing important outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety, employment, or high-impact decisions.

7. AI Output

AI-assisted responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. GetMySam is provided as a productivity and assistance tool, not as professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.

9. Support And Account Deletion

We may update these Terms or change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the website, app, or account communications.
