Account access
If your setup link, customer token, or iPhone app sign-in is not working, send support the email address used for your GetMySam account and a short description of what you see.
Onboarding
Support can help with assistant name, personality setup, focus areas, and importing previous AI chat history.
Conversations
If chat history, saved threads, or assistant responses look wrong, include the approximate time it happened and the device you were using.
iPhone app
For app issues, include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version if visible, and whether you signed in through an existing web account or App Store subscription.
Subscriptions
For subscriptions purchased in the iPhone app, Apple manages renewal, cancellation, and restore-purchase settings through your Apple ID account.
Privacy requests
For data access, export, correction, or deletion requests, email support and include the account email address so the team can locate the right record.
