If the request form is available and you use it, we receive the name, email address, optional phone number, ZIP code, service category, and project details you provide. Please do not include your full street address, payment information, or sensitive personal information. We use your information to review and respond to your inquiry and to plan the service.
Website and delivery information
Our hosting and request systems may record technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and request time for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. Form submissions are stored in our AWS account. We use Formspree to send a notification about a submission. The notification is best effort; the stored request remains our record if notification fails.
Sharing and contact
We do not publish your request as a listing. We will contact you about it using the details you provide. We do not send your project details to a service professional through this early website. If that changes, we will explain the process before sharing.
Your choices
You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted by emailing support@getmysam.ai. We may retain information where needed for legitimate business records or security. We do not currently offer booking or payment through this website.
