AI Providers And Connected Services

GetMySam may use third-party AI, cloud, analytics, database, payment, and communication providers to operate the service. Information may be sent to these providers when needed to deliver your assistant, process payments, store data, handle app subscriptions, send messages, or provide support.

When you connect or import information from outside tools, you are choosing to provide that information so your assistant can use it as context.

Model Training

We do not use your account information, conversations, uploaded files, or imported context to train AI models. Conversations are sent to third-party AI providers (such as our AI infrastructure providers) only to fulfill your request, under enterprise terms that prohibit those providers from training their models on your data.

Payments And Subscriptions

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers or Apple, depending on where you subscribe. GetMySam does not store full payment card numbers. Apple manages App Store purchase, renewal, cancellation, and restore-purchase details for subscriptions purchased in the iPhone app.

Data Retention

We keep account, onboarding, imported context, and conversation information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and support customer requests. Customers may request deletion or export assistance by contacting support.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so customers should avoid sharing passwords, payment card numbers, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information in chat unless specifically requested by a trusted, secure flow.

Children

GetMySam is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 provided personal information, we will take steps to delete it.
